微調音量 (Volume / FineVolume)（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）尊重並全力保護所有使用者的個人隱私與數位自主權。本應用程式為一款專為 Android 與 Solana 生態裝置所設計之本機端實用微調工具，本政策旨在向您說明本應用程式的運作方式及我們對資料保護的承諾。

1. 零個人資料收集 (Zero Data Collection)

本應用程式絕不主動收集、記錄、儲存、傳輸或向任何第三方披露您的任何個人身分資料（PII），包括但不限於：姓名、電子郵件地址、手機號碼、通訊錄、地理位置資訊、相片、瀏覽紀錄或裝置唯一識別碼 (IMEI/Android ID)。

2. 無廣告與無第三方追蹤 (No Ads & No Analytics SDKs)

本應用程式內部：

  • 無任何商業廣告模組（例如 Google AdMob 或 Unity Ads）。
  • 無任何第三方使用者行為分析工具（例如 Google Analytics、Firebase Analytics 或 Mixpanel）。
  • 無任何常駐後門或未經授權的背景資料傳輸服務。

3. 系統音訊權限說明 (Audio Permissions & DSP)

本應用程式僅調用 Android 系統標準音訊效果 API（包含 Session 0 全域音訊服務、DynamicsProcessing 與 Equalizer），以在硬體底層直接對音訊流進行「微音衰減」或「增益放大」。

  • 本應用程式完全不會錄製、監聽、攔截或分析您的任何麥克風輸入或撥放內容。
  • 所有音訊運算均僅在您的手機裝置本地記憶體中即時完成，不會生成任何本機音訊快取檔案。

4. Web3 錢包連接與打賞機制 (Solana MWA)

本應用程式支援透過官方 Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) 協議連接外部錢包（如 Seed Vault、Phantom 或 Backpack）：

  • 非託管原則 (Non-custodial)：本應用程式絕不會存取、要求或儲存您的私鑰、助記詞或錢包密碼。
  • 自願贊助與明確授權：打賞功能完全屬於自願性質，所有鏈上交易必須經由您在自身外部錢包彈出視窗中點擊簽名授權方能執行。
  • 餘額查詢：連接錢包後顯示之代幣餘額係透過公開 Solana RPC 節點直接獲取，本應用程式伺服器端不保留任何查詢紀錄。

二、English Version

Volume (FineVolume) ("the Application") respects and is committed to protecting your personal privacy. The Application is a local Android utility designed to provide granular, system-wide volume control. This Privacy Policy outlines our strict non-collection principles.

1. Zero Data Collection

The Application does NOT collect, track, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information (PII), such as names, email addresses, contacts, location coordinates, device IDs, or usage telemetry.

2. No Third-Party SDKs or Advertising

The Application is 100% free and open-principled. It does not integrate any advertising networks (such as Google AdMob) or user analytics frameworks (such as Firebase or Mixpanel). No tracking pixels or telemetry beacons are present.

3. Audio Processing Transparency

The Application uses standard Android AudioEffect APIs (DynamicsProcessing, Equalizer, and Session 0 global audio effects) exclusively to adjust decibel gain levels.

  • The Application never records, monitors, intercepts, or transmits microphone audio or speaker playback content.
  • All digital signal processing (DSP) occurs strictly locally in hardware memory.

4. Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA)

The voluntary tipping feature integrates the official Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) standard:

  • Non-Custodial Architecture: The Application never asks for, handles, or stores your private keys or seed phrases.
  • Explicit Transaction Authorization: Every on-chain transfer requires your explicit approval inside your trusted external wallet app (e.g., Seed Vault, Phantom, Backpack).
