        📋 Welcome to Snoozy: By downloading, installing, or using the Snoozy (舒眠聲) application or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
      

1. Use License & Intellectual Property

Snoozy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the application on your Android devices for personal, non-commercial relaxation and wellness purposes.

Code and Interface: All UI designs, branding, graphic assets, and synthesis code are the intellectual property of Aiohlala Mobile Studio.
Acoustic Audio Materials: Soundscapes in Snoozy are generated using real-world acoustic recordings obtained under verified Creative Commons Zero (CC0) / Public Domain dedication or licensed commercial royalty-free terms, as well as procedural DSP sound synthesis.

2. Hearing Safety & Volume Advisory

Your auditory health is essential. Please adhere to safe listening practices:

We strongly recommend keeping playback volume at a moderate, comfortable level (below 60% of device maximum), especially when using headphones or earbuds overnight.
Do not listen at high decibel levels for extended periods. Prolonged exposure to loud sound may result in temporary or permanent hearing impairment.
Users assume full responsibility for adjusting their device's hardware volume to a comfortable listening level.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Snoozy is an acoustic relaxation and ambient noise utility designed to promote general focus and calm. Snoozy is NOT a medical device, nor is it intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, chronic insomnia, sleep apnea, or psychological disorder. If you experience persistent sleep disorders, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Voluntary Support & Donations

Snoozy is provided as a fully functional, ad-free utility in the Solana edition. Users may optionally provide voluntary financial contributions:

Non-Refundable: All tips and donations (whether via Solana Pay / SOL / USDC / SKR tokens or fiat coffee tipping via Ko-fi / PayPal) are purely voluntary gifts to support independent app maintenance and are non-refundable.
No Guaranteed Financial Returns: Voluntary donations do not constitute an investment, financial instrument, equity, or purchase of utility services.
Blockchain Irreversibility: On-chain cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed on the Solana blockchain. Users are solely responsible for verifying the recipient address before sending tokens.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Snoozy is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
