1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, downloading, or using applications published by Ohlala Ai from the Solana Mobile dApp Store (including Fine Volume and Snoozy), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Permitted Use & Hearing Safety
Our applications provide acoustic soundscapes and audio dynamic amplification utilities. You agree to use the software responsibly. In particular:
- Extended exposure to excessively high audio volumes can cause hearing fatigue or permanent impairment. Users are advised to exercise caution when using high-gain audio amplification modes (+30 dB).
- Our sleep and white noise applications are intended for personal relaxation and insomnia relief; they do not replace medical treatment.
3. Voluntary Web3 Tipping & Donations
Any token or SOL transfers made through Solana Pay or Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA 2.0) are strictly voluntary gratuities to support ongoing open-source maintenance. Tipping does not constitute an investment, financial contract, or equity purchase.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Applications are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Ohlala Ai disclaims all liability for hardware damage resulting from external audio accessories, speakers, or improper volume calibration.
